Short, because there is little to say: the tools do not collect patient data, and this website collects almost nothing.

The software

Trokos tools run entirely inside the clinician’s web browser. They make no network calls during use, store nothing on any server, and transmit nothing to Trokos or to anyone else. Anything typed or pasted stays on the device it was typed on and is discarded when the page is closed or reloaded. Trokos never sees it. Because no patient information is received, stored or transmitted by Trokos, the tools do not create a business-associate relationship under HIPAA; a clinician’s own obligations for information handled in practice are unchanged.

This website

The site is static pages. We do not run advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, time) for security and capacity purposes and retains them for a limited period under its own policy. If you email us, we keep the correspondence in order to answer you and to keep a record of it.
